Velma A. Jack of Pawtucket entered into eternal life on June 6, 2016. She was the wife of the late Anthony Jack.

Mrs. Jack was born in Pawtucket, the daughter of the late Anthony Day and Eva (Marchetti) Day. She was employed by the&City of Pawtucketfor many years.

Mrs. Jack is survived by her daughter Cindy Jack-Clarke of Pawtucket and her grandchildren, Emerald Clarke and Nicholas Clarke. She is also survived by her niece Sheryl Chicoine. She was the mother of the late Gary Jack.

The funeral for Mrs. Jack will be Monday, June 13th at 9:00 am from the MANNING-HEFFERN FUNERAL HOME, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa's Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket at 10:00 am. Her calling hours will be Sunday from 3-6 pm in the funeral home.
