Vanessa E. Pine, 69, of Woonsocket, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Born in Pawtucket, Vanessa was the daughter of Alvin J. McCallum and Ethel E. (Kelly) McCallum. Vanessa was a dedicated medical technician in the nursing industry prior to retiring. She leaves her loving son Joseph Pine, their cats Bella and Milo, and her siblings, Tom McCallum, Nancy Greeno, Peg Viveiros, Kelly McCallum, Mary Furtado, Al McCallum, and Joe McCallum. She was the sister of the late Bob McCallum, John McCallum, and Mike McCallum.

Vanessa was a loving mother, sister, and caretaker all of her life. She always put the ones she loved before herself. She had a witty sense of humor and always knew how to make those she loved laugh. She most enjoyed showing her love to others through her cooking, to which she did up until her death. May her strength and love be passed down to those she leaves behind.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Celebration of Life on Friday, April 21st at 6:00 PM in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland.

Visiting hours will be on Friday from 4:00-6:00 PM, prior to the service, in the O'Neill Funeral Home.
