Thomas F. Lepore, 63, of Cumberland, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side Thursday, November 27, 2025. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Frank and Beatrice (Dubreuil) Lepore.
Tommy was the founder and President of Lepore Construction, Corp. a company he proudly started in 2018. A heavy equipment operator by trade, there was nothing this man couldn't do. Always answering the call to help family and friends, if he didn't know how to do it, he grabbed a book and taught himself. He was talented in carpentry, plumbing, auto mechanics and electrical work.
When he wasn't building his empire, Tommy could be found at his favorite place – home. Home was where his many projects were. He enjoyed riding his Harley down to the beach or to the Foster Fair for the tractor pulls. He loved reading about history and traveling to historic places. Some of his best times was having fun with the grandchildren, they always made him laugh and smile! He liked watching westerns and war shows while relaxing by the fire.
He is survived by his three daughters, Rebecca Lepore of Cumberland, Jennifer Menzone and her husband David of Thompson, CT, and Amanda Raspallo and her husband Alexander of Burrillville. His four grandchildren, Lilliana Menzone, Lucas Pora, Layla Pora and Harper Raspallo. His fiancé, Robyn Jolicoeur. He was a beloved father figure to Robyn's children Maddison and Miles. His siblings, Rita Patras, Deborah Tully, Christine Mockler, Frank Lepore, Joseph Lepore, Steve Lepore, Tammy Champeau, and James Lepore. Tom was predeceased by his brother, Peter Lepore.
He will be deeply missed by his family and all that knew him.
