Thomas J. Bousquet, 59, of Cumberland, passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 12, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Olivia Rodrigues-Bousquet. They were happily married for 33 years. Born in Providence, he was the stepson of Joseph Martin and the late Jean (Burns) Martin. He treasured the time spent with his family, especially his granddaughters. Tom was always ready to share the accomplishments of his children or photos of his granddaughters. Tom enjoyed traveling, spending time by the water, all things Irish, and taking in the views of his "Golden Pond".
Tom was the manager for the NEDC at National Grid in Whitinsville, MA. National Grid was Tom's second family and home, as he leaves behind many cherished coworkers and friends from the past 39 years. Besides National Grid, Tom loved real estate and was an active realtor in Cumberland while his children were growing up. He loved befriending his clients and lending a helping hand any way he could. Tom's outgoing personality and willingness to help will forever be missed.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Amanda Guerra and her husband Kevin, Evan Bousquet, and Ashley Bousquet. He also leaves his granddaughters, Scarlett and Sophie Guerra. Tom leaves his brothers, Raymond and Richard Bousquet, aunts and uncles, brothers and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. He will forever be missed by his loyal fur companion, Bailey.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, December 17th at 10:00 AM in Saint John Vianney Church, 3609 Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland. Burial will be private. Visiting hours will be held Friday, December 16th from 4:00-7:00 PM in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association , One State Street, Providence, RI, 02908, in memory of Tom, would be greatly appreciated.
