Stewart William Moody, 89, of Johnston, passed away on June 20, 2024.  Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Stewart Young and Catherine Marie (Coleman) Moody. He was the husband of the late Beverly (Colby) Moody and Arlene (McDonald) Moody. Stewart worked as a carpenter in the construction industry for many years prior to retiring. He was an avid New England sports fan and Nascar fan.

He is survived by his sister Margaretta (Moody) Major of West Warwick.  He is preceded in death by his seven siblings:  Roberta Notargiacomo, Lois Stroker, Judy Smith, Donald Moody, Linda Black, Michael Moody and Marcella Moody. He is survived by his son Michael (Tammy)Moody, Grandchildren:  Zachary(Courtney) Moody and Megan Moody of Florida, and Elizabeth Moody of Rhode Island, and a Great Grandson, Emerson Michael Moody of Florida.

Family and friends are kindly invited to a Funeral Service on Tuesday, June 25th, at 12:00 PM in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket.

Visiting hours will be held from 10:00 - 12:00 PM prior to the service in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket. The burial with be private.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Stewart's name to your favorite charity.
