Obituary

Stanley J. Wojcikiewicz, 92, of Providence and formerly of Valley Falls, passed away peacefully with his family by his side June 20, 2023. He was the husband of the late Charlotte (Gillette) Wojcikiewicz. Born in Lincoln, he was the son of the late Joseph and Victoria (Clesik) Wojcikiewicz. Stanley was employed as a boiler operator at Butler Hospital before retiring. He was an army veteran of the Korean War, a member of the American Legion, Post #14 and Almeida Hines, Chapter #22, Cumberland. He enjoyed fishing, antiques cars, his many pets, dining out, and polka music.

Stanley is survived by his brother, Charles Wojcikiewicz, five nieces, two nephews, and one great nephew. He was the brother of the late Jennie Nunes, Teofil, John, Mike, and Mary Wojcikiewicz.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, June 26th at 10:00 AM in Saint Joseph Church of Holy Family Parish, 195 Walcott Street, Pawtucket. Burial with military honors will follow in Mount Saint Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.

Visitation will be held from 8:30-9:30 AM, prior to the Mass in the Costigan-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket.
