Sherry Slovick passed away on October 1st. She is survived by her daughter Gillian, son-in-law Ben, Oscar, her grandson, who made her very happy, and her brother, Paul Goedecke.

She made friends everywhere she went, and everyone was invited to holidays. Sherry was a teacher and lifelong student, taking classes, she loved her whole life. She was grateful to Hamilton House where she took classes most recently.

A lover of opera and musicals, philosophy, and reading, she will be remembered every time something silly occurs, which is thankfully often.

Services will be held on October 8th at Swan Point Cemetery at 2pm, with a reception at Hamilton House thereafter.

Her family asks that donations in her name be made to any organization that would make the trump administration angry.

She will be deeply missed.
