Scott Michael Issa, 56, of Lincoln, Rhode Island, passed away unexpectedly on November 24, 2025. Born in Providence on November 23, 1969, Scott was the beloved son of Patricia Ann (Everton) and Frederick G. Issa Jr. He was a devoted son, brother, and friend whose quiet strength and generous spirit touched many lives.

A general contractor and lifelong lover of music, fishing, and good food, Scott found joy in spending time with his family and also loved playing the drums. He is survived by his brother Daryll Issa, sister-in-law Rachel Spuria, and his beloved aunts and uncles Deborah, and Jim Doyle, Steven and Patricia Issa, and Dan and Claire Issa, and his nieces Ava Marie McGarity and Sophia Woolley.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Funeral Service on Saturday, November 29th, 2025, at 12:00 PM in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket, RI. Visiting hours will be held Saturday from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, prior to the Service in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Scott's memory may be made to the Rhode Island SPCA , because of his love of animals, as he was especially partial to cats.
