Russell H. Golombiewski, 75, of Seekonk, MA, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Denise (Skoutas) Golombiewski. Born in Central Falls, RI, he was the son of the late Henry and Elaine (Bigos) Golombiewski.
Russell worked in the Facilities Department at Rhode Island Hospital for many years before retiring. Russell and his wife, Denise were married for fifty two years; they enjoyed spending time together going out for dinners on Friday nights where they could never decide where to go. They loved going for long walks on the beach together where they would collect treasures. He enjoyed spending time with the ones he loved the most, his family and friends. Russell enjoyed spending his summers boating with his wife and family throughout Narragansett Bay and Block Island. He enjoyed taking adventurous snowmobiling trips with his son Taylor and his friends throughout the winter. Russell enjoyed vacationing in Aruba with his wife Denise, daughter Alicia, and son in law Tim. He loved spending time with his grandson Logan where they shared a love for cupcakes and popcorn. Russell loved the conversations he had with his daughter in law Jessica and the times spent together. He enjoyed taking walks with his grandpup Sammy around the neighborhood. Russell was considered an ACE just like his father Henry who could solve and fix anything he put his hands on. His friends and family would always know who to call when they needed help, Russell was always there for anyone and everyone. He will be truly missed.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Alicia Hession and husband Timothy, and Taylor Golombiewski and his wife Jessica. He also leaves his grandson, Logan Golombiewski and his sister Frances Golombiewski-Archetto.
