Robert (Bob) A. Rowland, 57, of Seekonk, MA, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Donna M. (Zwinklis) Rowland. They were happily married for 32 years. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Walter H. and Eileen M. (McGuinness) Rowland. Bob worked for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation's Registry of Motor Vehicles for 28 years. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Molly and Casey Rowland, and his siblings, his brother, Walter Rowland and his wife Julie, his sisters, Susan Rowland and Linda Elliott. Bob is also survived by many nieces and nephews, a great-niece, and a great-nephew. Of note, Bob was the "favorite" son-in-law of Richard G. and Margaret F. Zwinklis.

Bob had a charismatic nature that was always coupled with a great sense of humor. He loved to read, tell stories, and watch classic movies. His endless curiosity and profound memory made him impossible to beat during trivia. Bob's loved ones will remember him for his simple pleasures, especially sitting in his "haven" on the back porch, sipping a cup of coffee and listening to the birds.
