Obituary

Robert L. Palo, 73, passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on Friday, April 28, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Carolyn (Golda) Palo. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Robert Palo and Laila (Hendrickson) Palo. Robert was a veteran in the National Guard and was a music teacher in the Pawtucket school system for 30 years.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his brother William Palo, his sister-in-law Barbara Pacheco and her fiance Paul Martens, his nephew Timothy Pacheco, and his niece Tiffany Pacheco and her fiance Adam Cabral. He was also the father of Heather Burns (Ronald) and Tanya Palo, and grandfather of Nathan, and Rachel Burns. He was the brother of the late Laila Palo.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Funeral Service on Friday, May 5 th at 11:00 AM in the Costigan-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage St., Pawtucket. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 AM in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Bob's memory to the RI ASPCA , 101 Amaral St., Riverside, RI 02915, would be greatly appreciated.
