Dr. Raymond J. Roberge DDS, 90, of Woonsocket, passed away on February 6, 2025. He was the loving husband of Marianne (Stachurski) Roberge for 63 wonderful years. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Alphonse Raymond and Alice (Desrosiers) Roberge. Raymond graduated from Woonsocket High School, then received his Bachelor's Degree from URI in 1957. He attended Georgetown Dental School where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1961.

Raymond served his country as a dentist in the US Navy Reserves where he and Marianne started their life together living in Norfolk, VA. He was dedicated to providing dental care to the community of Woonsocket for over 50 years where he served as an active member and past president of the Woonsocket Dental Society. Ray was an avid skier, golfer, and sailor. His greatest pleasure was spending time at Okemo Mountain in Vermont with his family and friends creating lasting memories.

Besides his loving wife Marianne, Raymond is survived by his children Raymond M. Roberge and his wife Paula (Bibeault) Roberge of Seekonk, MA, and Kim Marie (Roberge) Dumas and her husband Dr. Christopher Dumas of Harmony, RI. Raymond was the proud grandfather of Dr. Cassandra L. Roberge, Trevor R. Roberge, Alexander M. Dumas, and Samuel R. Dumas. He was predeceased by his younger brother George Eugene Roberge.

Raymond has touched many lives in the community. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, February 13th at 11:00 AM in St. Joseph's Church, 1200 Mendon Road, Woonsocket. The burial will be private.

Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, February 12th from 4:00 - 6:00 PM in O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Rd, Cumberland.
