Pierre Hriz, 20, of Fall River, MA and formerly of Damascus, Syria passed away unexpectedly as a result of an accident, on November 10, 2025. Born in Damascus, Syria, he was the beloved son of Basel and Rita (Nemeh) Hriz and brother of Christian Hriz.

Pierre was a member of the Class of 2027 at Roger Williams University and is remembered as being "a proud representative of our international Student and Scholar program and a dedicated learner with a bright spirit, a great sense of humor, and a profound love for his family."

He also leaves his grandparents, Atef Nemeh and Fadia Khoury, and his aunts and uncles.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Funeral Service on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM in Saint Basil The Great Church, 15 Skyview Drive, Lincoln. Burial will follow in Saint Basil's Cemetery, Cumberland, RI.

Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, December 3rd from 4:00 - 7:00 PM in Saint Basil The Great Church, 15 Skyview Drive, Lincoln, RI.
