Murphy, Patrick Eric., 92, of Martha Street, Pawtucket died Sunday, July 9th, 2017.& He was the loving husband of the late Mary (Slavin) Murphy. Eric was born in Kilbirnie Ayrshire, Scotland, a son of the late Robert and Susan (McConnell) Murphy.

Before leaving Scotland, Eric worked for Rolls Royce Aeronautics and then continued his engineering career in the U.S. at Cumberland Engineering in South Attleboro, MA.

Mr. Murphy is survived by his daughters Karen Murphy Mollo and her husband Guido of Bishopville, South Carolina, and Francine Murphy-Brillon and her husband Mike of Lincoln, his four grandsons, Andrew, Adrian, Derek, Gordon and his two great-granddaughters Diana and Audrey.

There will be a funeral service for Mr. Murphy at the MANNING HEFFERN FUNERAL HOME, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket, RI on Wednesday, July 12th, 2013 at 5:00 PM. Burial will be private.
