Patricia M. Emery, 82, of Pawtucket, RI, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 20th, 2023. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late John and Wilamina Naismith. She was the wife of the late Arthur R. Emery.

Patricia is survived by her son Patrick Emery and his wife Tonya.  She was the grandmother of Nicholas Emery and Vincent Emery. Patricia was predeceased by her brother John Naismith Jr.

Patricia worked in sales at Carol Cable Co. (Pawtucket), EMS (East Providence), owner of Naismith Environmental Associates (Pawtucket, RI) and as the office manager for Emery Environmental for many years prior to retiring. She was a graduate of Tolman HS (1958) and continued her education at CCRI. She was a parishioner at Darlington Congregational Church, Pawtucket, RI.

Patricia was an outgoing and quick-witted person who enjoyed the company of others, getting involved in political campaigns, family outings / holidays, church events, and supporting her grandchildren's year-round academic and sporting competitions. On her spare time she enjoyed gardening at her home and traveling the country.

She was a friend to any/all animals she encountered, having taken care of, and loving over 100 animals in her lifetime.

The service and burial will be private.
