Norman Lemieux, 76, of Glocester, RI, passed into eternal life on April 11, 2026. He was the loving husband of Virginia Martins Lemieux. Norman was raised in Pawtucket, the son of the late Robert Lemieux and Cecile (Morissette) Lemieux. He was a United States Army Veteran, a service provider for the family business East Side Oil, and later retired from the Rhode Island State Lottery with over 26 years of service.

Besides Virginia, Norman is survived by his children; Michael Lemieux and his wife Erin-Anne, Peter Lemieux and his wife Abbey, and Rebecca Paolino and her husband Adam. He leaves his cherished grandchildren Cecilia, Nicholas, and Thorin Lemieux, as well as many loved nieces and nephews. Norman is predeceased by his siblings Robert Lemieux, Claudette Corbett, and Michael Lemieux. He leaves his brother-in-law Edward Corbett. 

He will be missed by countless neighbors, friends, and family, of which he would help with any type of task. There wasn’t any project he couldn’t handle.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial for Norman on Tuesday, April 21st at 10:00 AM at St. Raymond’s Church, 1240 North Main St., Providence. His burial will be private. Calling hours will be Monday, April 20th from 4:00 - 7:00 PM in the Manning-Heffern-O’Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage St., Pawtucket.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a veterans charity of choice in his memory.
