Nila (Richardson) LeBlanc formerly of North Providence, and Lincoln passed into eternal life on September 4, 2022.

She was born in Pawtucket, the daughter of the late Colonel and Mrs. James Richardson. Nila was educated in the Lincoln and Pawtucket school systems. She entered Rhode Island College in 1986 at forty-nine years old. She graduated Cum Laude in 1990 fulfilling a lifelong dream. Nila was fond of saying that Rhode Island College did far more for me than I could ever do for it.

She was the mother of four children, Kathleen Murphy, David LeBlanc, and Daniel Leblanc. Her son James "J.R." predeceased her. Nila was the sister of the late Arlene Letourneau. She also leaves eight grandchildren, as well as two nieces and one nephew.

Relatives and friends are kindly invitied to a Funeral Service on Saturday, September 10 ^th at 10:00AM in the Costigan O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Mount St. Mary's Cemetery, Pawtucket.

The visitation will be prior to the service, from 9:00-10:00AM.
