Maureen Lynch, 85, of Cumberland, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 8, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Frederick D. Lynch. They were happily married for 64 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late James V. and Helen (O'Keefe) O'Connor. Maureen was a longtime LPN at Landmark Medical Center. She was immensely proud of her family and surrounded herself with great friends her entire life.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Michael D. Lynch, Esq. and his wife Mary, Timothy Lynch and his wife Betty, Fred Lynch and his wife Karen, and Sean Lynch and his wife Susan. She also leaves her grandchildren, Rosalie Lynch, Connor Lynch, Katie Lynch, Tim Lynch, Henry Lynch, Owen Lynch, Eamon Lynch, Finn Lynch, and her sister, Patricia Bodell. She was the sister of the late James O'Connor.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, December 13th at 10:00 AM in Saint John Vianney Church, 3609 Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland. Visiting hours will be held Monday from 4-7 PM in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland.
