Maria "Michelina" Marotti, 104, of Pawtucket, passed into eternal life on February 18, 2024. Mrs. Marotti was born in Arpaia, Province of Benevento, Italy, the daughter of the late Giuseppe D'Addio and Rosa (Cioffi) D'Addio.

She owned and operated Marotti's Market on Prospect Street in Pawtucket for many years. Maria was famous for her meatballs, Italian grinders, and other Italian dishes.

Mrs. Marotti is survived by her children, Hector Marotti and Emily Marotti, both of Pawtucket. She was the mother of the late Anna Marotti.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, February 22nd at 10:00 AM in St. Raymond's Church, 1240 North Main Street, Providence. Burial will follow at Mount St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Her calling hours will be on Wednesday, February 21st from 4:00- 7:00 PM in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket.
