Manuel G. Jorge Jr., 85, of Jamestown and formerly of Cumberland, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family December 2, 2018. He was the husband of the late Edith (Medeiros) Jorge. He is survived by his three children, Manuel Jorge III, Michael Jorge and his loving companion, Jen Jaswell, and Mary Ann Vieira and her husband Paul Vieira.  Affectionately known as Papa to his three grandchildren, Matthew Vieira and his loving companion, Joy Vieira, Katherine Vieira, and Amanda Nott and her husband Ken, as well as his three great grandchildren, Grace Vieira, Kennedy Nott, Faith Vieira, and a soon to be fourth great grandchild. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday December 7 ^th at 10:00 AM in Saint Mark's Church, 60 Narragansett Avenue, Jamestown. Burial will be at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
