Lydia E. Rios-Harrop, 91, of Lawton, Oklahoma, and formerly of Pawtucket, peacefully passed away on May 11, 2026. She was the cherished wife of the late Ronald E. Harrop. Originally from Puerto Rico, Lydia was the daughter of the late Andres and Belen (Crux) Rios. She dedicated many years to her work as a hairdresser and was the proud owner of Lydia's Beauty Salon in Pawtucket before her retirement.
Lydia is survived by her loving children: Edith Garabito, Tito Rivera, Osvaldo Rivera, Lydia Rivera-Rosa, and Milagros Cordova. She also leaves behind a large family of 18 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Lydia was predeceased by her daughter Antonia Rivera Flecha, her siblings Juana Andino, Marcelino Rios, Tello Rios, Maria Teresa Rios, granddaughter, Victoria Rivera (and her twins).
Relatives and friends are kindly invited for a Funeral Service to honor Lydia's life on Wednesday, May 20th, at 11:00 AM at the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, located at 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket. Following the service, burial will take place at Mount Saint Mary Cemetery in Pawtucket.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, May 19th, from 4:00 - 7:00 PM in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home.
