Lisa Ann O'Neill, 57, of Exeter, RI, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of Louise Kachel and the late Luigi DiMaio and Lisa was the wife of Shawn V. O'Neill.

Lisa was a compassionate animal lover, especially of her multiple dogs. She was a dedicated and supportive wife and mother. In addition to raising her family, Lisa had a strong work ethic that developed from a young age. In her free time, she enjoyed tending to her gardens and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Besides her husband Shawn, she is survived by her children Timothy, Nicholas, and Kelly. Lisa was the grandmother of Kira, Avril, and Lucas. She was the sister of Louis DiMaio.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Funeral Service for Lisa on Saturday, December 13th at 11:00 AM, in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage St. Pawtucket. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service, from 10:00 - 11:00AM.
