Obituary

Linda Perry passed into eternal life on June 12, 2025. She was born in Providence, the daughter of the Carver Freeman Perry and the late late Albert Perry .

Linda enjoyed being a member of the Arc of Blackstone Valley for over 45 years. She was always one to greet you with a smile and wave hello. She loved to get dressed up, have her hair and nails done and be ready for a party. She was an exuberant and social lady. She had such an infectious and outgoing personality that everyone was drawn to her side when she arrived at any venue. She worked at the Daggett Farm Greenhouse and participated in planting and watering plants. She made flower arrangements in her favorite color-orange. If you asked Linda what she did all day, she would say "drink coffee", but she did so much more.  She did painting on clay pots and other garden materials.

At home she loved making beaded necklaces and bracelets. She enjoyed watching WWE and WWF with her housemates. John Cena was her favorite wrestler. She loved all animals passionately and recently came to love alligators!

All her friends and support team will miss all of her positive qualities and infectious smile. We will all have fond memories of the laughs and good times. Linda will be joined in heaven with her late sister, Shirley A. Perry and her late brother, Edward Perry.

She leaves behind two sisters, Christina Elicerio of Baltimore, MD and Percilla Perry of Providence. She had many nephews: Corey Snead of Baltimore and Juluis Snead of Providence, Robert C Perry and great nephews, Carver Perry of Providence and Isiah Perry of California, Rodney A. Perry. She had many great nieces including: Tiffany and Tasha of Providence and Forrest A Perry and Taelah Perry of Providence. She had many more nieces and nephews and an abundance of cousins.

She lived with her great friends Julia, Mary Jean and Cheryl. Along with her friends, her devoted staff will miss her greatly.
