Lauretta M. Gast, 103, of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard O. Gast  Sr.. Born in Canada, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Anna (Benoit) Gauthier. She is survived by her children, Richard O. Gast Jr. and his wife Lillian, Dawn L. Gast, Gary J. Gast and his wife Carol, and Stuart J. Gast, her grandchildren, John R. Gast and his wife Maggie,Tara Calise and her husband Anthony, Daryl Gast, and Lara Spader and her husband Jon, Jack Burnett, Pam Anderson, Rhonda Pace and her husband Ronny, Carla Baird. She also leaves three great grandchildren, Angelina and Brendan Gast, and Dorothy Wilson and her husband Barrett, and two great great grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Ryland Wilson. She was the grandmother of the late Richard Gast III, Stuart Gast Jr. and Lisa Gassiot. She was also the sister of the late Wilfred Gauthier, William Gauthier, Wilbrod Gauthier, Lillian Batteson, Lucienne Vassar, Lena Labonte, and Walter Gauthier. The funeral and burial will be private.
