Kate A. Winter, 65, of Franklin, MA, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 18, 2022. Born in Norwood, MA, she was the daughter of the late Charles F. and Sally (Parkhurst) Winter. Kate was a financial auditor in the Nursing Home Industry for many years before retiring.

She is survived by her son, Gavin Kennedy and his partner Stephen Baker, her brothers, John Winter and his wife Claire, and Charles C. Winter II and his wife Joelle, two nephews, Brian, and Eric Winter, and two nieces, Kelly Bourque and her husband Michael, and Kaitlyn Villucci and her husband Joseph, as well as their children, Aurora and Sophia. She was the sister of the late Margaret Jacobs.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Funeral Service Wednesday, September 21 ^st at 7 PM in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland. Visiting hours from 5-7 PM, prior to the Service in the O'Neill Funeral Home.

The burial will be private.
