Josephine Viau of Pawtucket, passed into eternal rest on October 20, 2023. She was the loving wife of Earl R. Viau Sr. Mrs. Viau was the daughter of the late Guisseppi Vignali and Mary (Bacchini) Vignali.

Besides her husband Earl, Josephine is survived by her children, Earl R. Viau Jr., June Martin (and husband Jeff) and Cheryl Viau. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Derek Martin and Kimberly Lallier as well as six great grandchildren: Jozlyne, Alec, Owen Jr., Emily, Nathan and Madison. Josephine is also survived by her siblings: Ida MacLaine and Joe Simonelli.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial for Josephine on Friday, October 27th at 10:00 AM in St. Teresa's Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket.

Her burial will be private.
