Joan E. O'Neill, 86, of N. Providence, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, Thursday, May 4 ^th , 2023. She was the wife of Joseph O'Neill. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Bertha (Ponton) Roberts. Joan was an Administrative Assistant Director working in the healthcare industry for many years before retiring.

She is survived by her daughters Jo-Ann O'Neill and Nancy O'Neill, and her grandson, Max O'Neill. Joan was the sister to the late Anthony Roberts.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, May 13th at 10:00 AM in Saint Pius V Catholic Church, 240 Eaton St., Providence. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Riverside.

Visiting hours are on Friday May 12 ^th , from 5:00-7:00 PM in the Costigan-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage St., Pawtucket.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Joan's memory, may be made to the Rhode Island School for the Deaf , One Corliss Park, Providence, RI 02908 would be greatly appreciated.
