Jeannette R. Cournoyer, 101, of Woonsocket and formerly of Cumberland, passed away peacefully July 9, 2021. She was the wife of the late Bernard J. Cournoyer. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Eva (Lapierre) Lavallee.

Jeannette was an underwriter in the insurance industry for 38 years before retiring. She is survived by two sons, Gerard Cournoyer and Richard Cournoyer, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Leo Lavallee.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Friday, July 16th at 10 AM in All Saints Church, 323 Rathbun St, Woonsocket, RI. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland. Arrangements by O'Neill Funeral Home, Cumberland.
