Jean Simoneau, 91, of South Attleboro, MA, passed away peacefully, Thursday, September 14, 2023. She was the longtime companion of Robert Charbonneau. She was also the wife of the late Peter Simoneau. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Nemese and Evelyn (Nolin) Richard. Jean was the receptionist for Rumford Steel for 41 years, retiring in 1991. She later served as the office manager for Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Providence.

She is survived by her companion Robert Charbonneau and his children, Roberta Spratt, Brenda Bussey, Joseph Charbonneau, Janet Clary, and Dennis Charbonneau. She also leaves her dear friend, Hortense DiNucci.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Funeral Service Tuesday, September 19th at 9:30 AM in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland. Burial will follow in RI Veteran's Cemetery, Exeter.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island or St. Joseph's Indian School , 1301 North Main St., Chamberlain, South Dakota 57325, in Jean's memory, would be greatly appreciated.
