Janet M. Farrington, 87, of Rumford, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away on March 4, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Francis and Grace (Gaul) McCurdy. Janet worked as a claims adjuster in the insurance industry for many years before retiring.

She is survived by her daughter Karen Milroy and her son Kenneth Farrington and his wife, Jackie. She was the grandmother to Jeff Hetu, Jennifer Barry, and the late John Hetu. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and four great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Jeanne Birt, Carol McCurdy, Robert McCurdy, and Frank McCurdy.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 10:00 AM in Saint Raymond's Church, 1240 North Main St, Providence. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.

Visiting hours on Thursday, March 7, 2024 from 4:00-7:00 PM in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage St. Pawtucket.
