Harriet L. Picard, 95, of Seekonk, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. She was the loving wife to the late Gilbert Picard. Born in Pawtucket, Harriet was the daughter of the late Clinton J. and Marie (Sutcliff) McGowan.

Harriet worked as a Braider and Tender in the manufacturing industry for many years prior to retiring.

She is survived by her two children, Deborah Breault-Chasse and her husband, Stephen, and Gilbert Picard Jr. and his wife, Shelly. Harriet was the grandmother of Chelsea Picard, Kimberly Chasse, Ashley Breault, Benjamin Chasse, and Stephen Chasse. She was the great grandmother of Angelique Breault. Harriet is also survived by her sister Ida Benoit. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Funeral Service, on Monday, March 31, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket. Burial at St. Stephen's Cemetery in Attleboro, will immediately follow.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, March 31st from 10:00 - 11:00 AM, prior to the service, in the funeral home.
