Ginny Stoddard Wentworth of Rockland, MA passed away peacefully on July 8, 2024 at Holiday Retirement Home, Manville, RI. Born in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Ralph E. & Virginia (Annand) Stoddard. She was married to Paul Wentworth for 27 years before his passing in 2019. She was a Nursing School graduate who worked in hospitals and recovery centers in RI and MA for over 40 years.

She is survived by her two sons Eric Jacobson and his wife Kim of Lincoln and Karl Jacobson of New Haven, CT and grandchildren Emily Jacobson of Bethlehem, PA; Lily Jacobson of Lincoln; and Carl Edward and Kelli Jacobson of North Branford, CT. She leaves her siblings Ralph "Bud" Stoddard of FL/ME, Robbie Stoddard of FL, and Sandy Weicher and her husband Joe of NY. She was "Aunt Ginny" to many dear nieces and nephews and their children. Ginny was predeceased by her first husband Carl-Eric Jacobson.

Ginny especially enjoyed vacations at Balch Lake with her husband Paul, his daughter Karyl Hardy of MA and Karyl's children Kayla, Marissa and Jessica and family members spanning four generations. She was a parishioner at South Shore Baptist Church in Hingham, MA for many years. As a faithful and active friend of Bill W., she helped many people and found cherished friends.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Celebration of Life Service on Monday, July 22nd, at 12:00 PM at O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Rd, Cumberland. Visiting hours will be Monday, July 22nd from 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM prior to the Service, at the O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland.

The burial will be private.
