Gilles M. Boucher Jr., 71, of Cumberland, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 27, 2026. Born in Woonsocket, RI, he was the son of the late Gilles and Jeanne (Maranda) Boucher. Gilles was a navy veteran. He had worked for CVS for many years prior to his retirement.
He is survived by his sister, Lorraine Mahon and her husband Frank. He also leaves his niece, Laurie Doherty and his nephew, Frank Mahon Jr.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to his burial with military honors on Friday, July 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM in Rhode Island Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter, RI.
All guests are asked to meet at the cemetery administrative building by 9:45 AM.
