Geraldine C. Franklin, 85, of Cumberland, passed away peacefully Friday, April 28, 2023. She was the beloved wife of David Franklin. They were happily married for 66 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Catherine Grady. Geraldine lived most of her life in Cumberland. She loved to travel and spend time in New Hampshire.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, David Franklin and Michael Franklin, her brothers, Gerald Grady, and William Grady and his wife Helen. She was the sister of the late John Grady, Patrick Grady, Virginia O'Brien, and Catherine Stimpson.

The funeral will be held Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 9:00 AM from the O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Saint Joseph Church, 1303 Mendon Road, Cumberland. Burial will follow in Saint Joseph's Church Cemetery.

Visiting hours are on Tuesday, May 2 ^nd from 5:00-7:00 PM in the O'Neill Funeral Home.
