Georgette Kishfy, 92, of Lincoln, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, December 27, 2024. She was the wife of the late Louis P. Kishfy. Born in Aleppo, Syria, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Keyloun) Altongy. Georgette worked with her husband in their family business, Central Fruit, for over 40 years and was also very active in the community serving many years as Treasurer of the Aleppian Aid Society.

She is survived by her children, George Kishfy and his wife Norma, Craig Kishfy and his wife Natalia, Gary Kishfy and his wife Maria, Joseph Kishfy and his wife Paula, Marc Kishfy, and Marlene Kishfy and her brother, Dr. Gilbert Altongy. She also leaves ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Flavie Raheb, Gabriel Altongy and George Altongy.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Liturgy of Christian Burial on Friday, January 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM in Saint Basil The Great Church, 15 Skyview Drive, Lincoln. Burial will follow in Saint Basil's Cemetery, Cumberland. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, January 2nd from 4:00 - 7:00 PM in Saint Basil The Great Church.
