Genevieve (Connie) Dzaman passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 28, 2024, just shy of her 100th birthday. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Dzaman. She was a resident of Cumberland for 70 years, most recently living at Chapel Hill Senior Living in Cumberland. She held several administrative positions and enjoyed sewing and knitting for family and friends.
Connie was born in Pawtucket, the daughter of the late Adolph and Anna (Osiedacz) Rusielewicz. She is survived by two children, Michael Dzaman and his wife Beth Cullen Dzaman and Marcia Cunningham and her husband, John. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Jessica Dzaman, Matthew Dzaman, Lindsay Kingston and her husband Todd, and Ross Cunningham and his wife, Maddie. She was the proud great grandmother of six, including Cali, Reid, Elle and Lucy Kingston and Ian and Grant Cunningham. She was the sister of the late Stanley Rusielewicz, Jennie Davidow and Bennie Rusielewicz.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Visitation on Friday October 4th, 9:00-10:30 AM in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Rd., Cumberland. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM in Saint Joan of Arc Church, 3357 Mendon Rd, Cumberland. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN 38105, would be appreciated.
