Frederick J. Gardner Jr., 60, of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully Sunday, July 21, 2024. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Frederick and Elizabeth (Goff) Gardner. Frederick was a shipper/receiver for International Packaging for many years before retiring.

He is survived by his siblings, Rita Gardner of Providence, April Goddard and her husband Michael of Pawtucket, Ann Goddard and her husband Mark of Pawtucket, Robert Gardner and his wife Tammy of Scituate and David Gardner and his wife Jennifer of Methuen, Massachusetts. He is also survived by his uncle Robert Goff and his wife Lorraine. Frederick was the brother of the late Tammy Gardner.

Frederick was a huge New England Sports fan. He truly enjoyed the Boston Red Sox, the New England Patriots, the Boston Bruins and the Boston Celtics. Frederick was a loving uncle, brother and friend to all who knew him.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa's Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket on Friday, July 26th at 10:00 am. The burial will follow in Mount Saint Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, July 25th, from 4-7 PM in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket.
