Frank E. Switzer, 80, of Cumberland, Rhode Island passed away on September 10, 2023 at home. Born in Buffalo, New York he was the son of the late Leo J. Switzer Sr. and Stella (Provost) Switzer. Frank retired from General Motors of Framingham, Massachusetts in 1992.

He is survived by his daughter, Linda (Mike) Tellier, his son, Steven (Amy) Switzer, and was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Switzer all of Woonsocket, RI. He also leaves behind his companion, Gloria Menard of Cumberland, RI and his 7 adoring grandchildren, Sarah, Joshua, Andrew, Hannah, Caleb, Rebekah, and Jacob, along with several great-grandchildren and many blended family members.

He was the brother of Larry Switzer of Maine, and Patricia Robeau of Massachusetts, and the late Leo Jr., Charmaine, Genevieve, William, and James. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Besides spending time with family, Frank enjoyed classic cars, fishing, playing cards, and spending winters in Florida.

In keeping with Frank's wishes, services and burial will be private.
