Evelyn S. Tedeschi "Mamie", 90, of South Attleboro, MA and formerly of Pawtucket, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Eleuterio "Larry" Tedeschi. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Maria (Corsetti) Macedonio.

Evelyn and her husband Larry's 50-year romance began at Scialo Bakery on Federal Hill. As newlyweds, they lived in New Jersey while Larry served in the army. Once they moved back to Rhode Island, they raised four children together. She found the most joy in preparing a meal for her family. Her door was always open and you never left hungry. Whether you were served a hot meal or her famous wine biscuits. She had the heart of a servant, always looking for ways to help others. Spending time volunteering at the Amos house among others. Her strong faith was evident in her daily church attendance and the values of kindness and selflessness she instilled in her family. Spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren was Evelyn's greatest joy, and she never missed a chance to share their achievements.

She is survived by her children, Susan Lourenco, Kathy Trudel, and Judy Mastalerz, her brother, Louis Macedonio, thirteen grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. She also leaves her daughter in law, Laura Tedeschi. She was the mother of the late Larry Tedeschi and the sister of the late Anna Cottle, Robert Macedonio, Anthony Macedonio, Pam Larney, and Phyllis Altieri.

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, April 8th at 10:00 AM in the Good News Bible Chapel, 235 West Street, Attleboro, MA. Burial will follow in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Visiting hours will be on Sunday, April 7th from 2:00 - 5:00 PM in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland.
