Doris L. Martineau, 94, of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. She was the wife of the late Lucien Martineau. Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Henri and Laura (Berard) Labossiere. Doris lived most of her life in Pawtucket.
She is survived by her children, Lynne Schoenberger and Daniel Martineau. She also leaves her grandson, Benjamin Schoenberger. Doris was one of eleven children.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM in Saint Teresa Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, May 26th, prior to the Mass, from 9:00 - 10:15 AM, in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket.
