Donald A. Nimnic, 83, of Cumberland, passed away peacefully June 29, 2024. Born in Buffalo, New York, he was the son of the late Michael and Ella (Pfifferling) Nimnic. He was an air force veteran serving as a aircraft mechanic. He owned and operated the Shed Automobile Brake and Front End Shop of Cumberland for 51 years before retiring. Donald had lifelong enjoyment of aircraft and was a licensed pilot. He also enjoyed driving cross country to California and New Mexico. He assisted St. Michaels in New Mexico with donations of automobiles. He leaves his dear friend, Irene Ferland along with many lifelong friends. The funeral was private and the burial took place in East Aurora, New York.
