Obituary

Denise Rita (Corneau) St. Angelo, 71, of Pawtucket, was born on October 30, 1954 and entered her eternal rest on December 8, 2025 at The Holiday Retirement Home in Manville, RI surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late George and Rita (Brindamour) Corneau. Denise was the devoted wife of the late William St. Angelo of Pawtucket for over 25 years. She was the mother of Donna St. Angelo of Pawtucket and the grandmother of Joshua St. Angelo of New Bedford, MA and Alicia Jeffreries of Oregon. She was the mother of the late Michael St. Angelo. Denise was the sister of Rhea Palczynski of North Kingstown, RI, Janine Corneau of Manville, RI, Leo Corneau and his wife Susan (Parkinson) of Plattsburgh, NY, Claudette Blyskal and her husband Michael of Upton, MA, Dianne Dubois and her partner Raymundo Castro of Orlando, Fl, Charles Corneau and wife Patricia (Sanetti) of Coventry, RI, and David Corneau and his wife Laura (Langston) of Waterford, CT. She was predeceased by her brother Louis Corneau. Denise also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Denise was born in Central Falls, lived most of her adult life in Pawtucket and worked at Texas Instruments in Atttleboro, MA for more than 25 years. She was full of life and joy and had many friends. Denise was a loving soul who gave unselfishly to so many people. She was generous to her children, grandchildren and friends. Denise loved being at the beach and watching sunsets. She loved playing cards with family and friends. Denise was involved with many groups and activities at Holy Spirit (St. Matthew's) parish. She led Girl Scout and CYO groups, mentoring young adults. Denise spent many happy summers at Camp Ker-Anna as a camper and then a leader. Denise was a beautiful light that brightened so many lives.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Funeral Service on Tuesday, December 16th at 12:30 PM in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Mount Saint Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM, prior to the Service in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home.
