Denise McCaffrey, 78, of Pawtucket, passed away Friday, January 3, 2025. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Annette (Larocque) McCaffrey. Denise was a lifelong resident of Pawtucket and a lifelong parishioner of Saint Mary's Church, Pawtucket. In addition to working as an accounts payable specialist, Denise had volunteered at the Pawtucket Animal Shelter for 36 years. Her favorite pastimes included cooking and gardening. Denise was a big fan of the New England Patriots and enjoyed the music of Josh Groban. She had a wonderful sense of humor and treasured the time she spent with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Louise McCaffrey, John "Jack" McCaffrey, Paul McCaffrey, James "Jim" McCaffrey, Mary Puopolo, and Raymond McCaffrey.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Funeral Service on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Mount Saint Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.

The family will receive guests in the funeral home, on Thursday, January 9th, prior to the Service from 10:00 - 11:00 AM.
