Deborah C. Rice of Quincy, Massachusetts passed into eternal life on October 21, 2024. Deborah was born in Providence, Rhode Island, the daughter of the late William E. Rice and Louise (McGartland) Rice. She was a paralegal for many years.

Deborah is survived by her brothers, Stephen Rice of Southport, North Carolina and William Rice of North Miami Beach, Florida.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Funeral Service for Deborah on Tuesday, October 29th at 11:00 AM in the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket. Her family will receive visitors from 10:00-11:00 AM, on Tuesday morning, prior to the service.

Deborah's burial will be in the family lot at Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery, Pawtucket.
