Deborah "Debbie" (Cornelle) Steel, 68, of Woonsocket, passed away peacefully, January 13, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Gary Steel. Born in Chelsea, MA she was the daughter of Thomas A. and Alberta (Shippey) Cornelle. Deborah worked as a Nanny and Daycare Teacher prior to
retiring.

She is survived by her children Kimberley Taylor, Kurt Clancy, Kristen Clancy, and Tiffany Clancy. She also leaves one brother Bruce Cornelle. Deborah was the grandmother to Katie, Elizabeth, Kaylee, David, Lillian, Cheyenne, Makenzie, Pheonix, Austin, and Jace. She was the great grandmother to Remy, and K.J.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Funeral Service on Friday, January 20th at 7:00 PM in the O'Neill Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland. Visiting hours will be Friday, prior to the service from 4:00-7:00 PM in the funeral home.

The Burial will be private.

Donations in Debbie's memory may be made to St Judes Childrens Hospital or Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruilty to Animals (RISPCA).
