Daniel Motta, 90, of Seekonk, MA and formerly of Wellington, FL passed away peacefully at home on October 2, 2024, surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Joyce (DeFruscio) Motta. Dan was a partner of Danis Transportation until retiring in 1989. He was a longtime member of Pawtucket Country Club, Segregansett Country Club, and Palm Beach Polo Club. He was very proud of his seven hole-in-ones during his golfing days.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Daniel A. Motta and Joan E. Eline.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, October 8th, at 10:00 AM at Saint Margaret Church, 1098 Pawtucket Avenue, Rumford. Burial will follow in Seekonk Cemetery.

Visiting hours will be held Monday, October 7th from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket.
