Damaris Del Toro, 65, of Westerly, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Jabiel Del Toro. Born in Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of Blanca (Pellicia) Negron and the late Ruben Negron. Damaris was a registered nurse, most recently at Westerly Hospital.

Besides her husband, she leaves two children, Melissa Del Toro and Gabriel Del Toro, her grandchildren, Miriam Ciccia, Jason Cultrera, Gabriel Del Toro, Desiree Del Toro, and Sarah Labbe, her great-grandchildren, Antonio Ramirez and Amira Mateo. She also leaves her brother, Victor Negron, her sisters, Aura Arroyo, Milagros Chiffriller, Maritza Negron, Nayda Pinto, and Iris Surry. She was the sister of the late Miriam Negron, Ruben Negron, and William Morales.

The funeral and burial will be private.
