Catherine (Cathie) Ann Mennucci, 75, of Pawtucket, RI passed away peacefully on September 25th at the Jeanne Jugan Residence. A long-time resident of Pawtucket, Cathie was the loving daughter of Frank Mennucci and Mary Ann (Schommer) Mennucci. She is predeceased by her brothers Jim Mennucci of Annapolis, MD and Bob Mennucci of Bainbridge Island, WA. She is survived by her sister Mary Small (Jack) of Seekonk, MA as well as three nieces, Julie Mennucci, Nikki Mennucci, and Jennifer Capron, and two nephews, Michael Mennucci and Luke Small.

A graduate of CCRI, Cathie worked as a teletype operator at the Sears Catalog store in Seekonk, MA until its closure. She then worked at Sears at the Swansea Mall before becoming the store manager of Fains Carpet in Providence, RI where she worked until her retirement.

In 2013 Cathie moved to Piney Point Retirement Community in Palmetto, Florida where she was an active member. She enjoyed daily walks in the pool and volunteering at social events at the clubhouse.

For the past two years Cathie has lived at the Jeanne Jugan Residence in Pawtucket, RI. During her time at the residence, Cathie was blessed to be surrounded by the caring Sisters and staff.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 4th, at 10:00AM at St. Teresa's, 358 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, RI. The burial will be private. Visitation is respectfully omitted.
