Carol J. Vasey, 80, of Cumberland RI, and formerly of Georgia and Wymore, Nebraska, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024. She was the wife of the late Stanley Vasey. Born in Wymore, Nebraska, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Mabel (Plihal) Mueller. Carol lived most of her life in Nebraska before moving to Georgia and finally settling in Cumberland over two years ago. She had worked for AT&T for several years before retiring.

Carol is survived by her son, Todd Vasey and his wife Kelly, her grandchildren, Trevor Vasey, Kayla Vasey, Trent Vasey, and great granddaughter Aleya Vasey. Carol also leaves a brother, Loren Mueller. Carol was the mother of the late Lori Vasey.

The funeral and burial will be private.
