Carol Ann (Peltier) Joaquim, 72, of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully, April 8, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Robert Peltier and Lucille (Tetreault) Peltier. Carol worked as a Registered Nurse in the healthcare industry and devoted herself to hospice and home care for many years prior to retiring.

Carol is survived by her children Scott Joaquim and his wife Ana, and Matt Joaquim. She was also a cherished grandmother to Camila Joaquim, daughter of Scott and Ana. She also leaves her siblings; Donald Peltier, Susan Benabio, Ralph Peltier, David Peltier, Janet Mazeau, John Peltier, and Gerald Peltier and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Andrew Peltier.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a family reception from 9:30-10:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, April 24th at 10:00 AM in St. Raymond's Church, 1240 N. Main St., Providence, RI.

Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket RI.
